Cavco Industries Inc designs and produces factory-built homes distributed through a network of independent and company-owned retailers, planned community operators and residential developers. It is also a producer of park model RVs, vacation cabins and Factory-built commercial structures. It operates principally in two segments: factory-built housing, which includes wholesale and retail factory-built housing operations and Financial services, which include manufactured housing consumer finance and insurance.
