1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using InsiderAlpha (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
InsiderAlpha is operated by Kausol, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 42138894, with BTW NL005527816B59 as our VAT number. You can reach us at contact@insideralpha.ai or through the contact page.
3. Not investment advice
InsiderAlpha aggregates publicly available SEC filings (Form 4, Form 144, Form 8-K, and others) and presents automated analytics derived from them. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. 4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@insideralpha.ai of any unauthorised use.
5. Subscriptions, prices and trials
The Service offers a free account and paid subscription plans. The paid plans sold on the site are Basic and Advanced; the Elite plan is arranged individually, so contact us about it. The current prices are the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT; where we are required to collect VAT or sales tax, it is added at checkout at the rate that applies to your country, and the exact total is shown before you pay.
Paid subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you chose. You can cancel at any time in account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
New accounts start on the free plan, which requires no payment details and does not expire. The first time you subscribe to a paid plan, the subscription begins with a 7-day free trial: you provide payment details at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. The trial end date is shown at checkout and in account settings, and cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. The trial is available once per account; any later paid subscription is charged from the start.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are an EU consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days after subscribing. We honour it in full, and we do not ask you to waive it in exchange for immediate access: if you tell us within 14 days of a payment that you want out, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. The same promise applies wherever you live. Outside that window we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on a current billing period unless required by law. 7. Acceptable use
You may not (a) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the Service; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our infrastructure, or to defeat rate limits and access controls; or (d) use the Service to disseminate malware or spam.
8. Data sources
Filing data is sourced from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system. Market data is sourced from third-party providers. We provide this data on an as-is basis and do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsiderAlpha and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
