The promise
If you pay for a plan and change your mind within 14 days of that payment, we refund it in full. No questions, no conditions, no partial amounts. This applies to every paid plan, on monthly and yearly billing alike, and it applies to renewals the same way it applies to first payments.
If you are an EU consumer this is your statutory right of withdrawal, honoured in full: your access starts immediately when you subscribe, and we do not ask you to waive the right in exchange. If you live elsewhere, the same 14-day window applies anyway. It is a promise about your money, not about investment results; nothing on InsiderAlpha is investment advice, and no claim about returns attaches to any plan.
How to claim it
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact page, within 14 days of the payment. Saying you want a refund is enough. We confirm by email and refund to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the money arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling is not the same thing
You can cancel a subscription at any time in account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. A refund, by contrast, undoes a payment already made, so it also ends the subscription at once: the money goes back and access stops that day rather than running to the end of the period. If you are inside the 14-day window you can have either, your choice.
The trial, and the first charge
The free plan takes no card and never charges you. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial: you enter payment details at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription converts into a paid one automatically at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel first. Cancel during the trial, in account settings or through the billing portal, and no charge is ever made.
If the trial does convert, that first charge starts its own 14-day refund window, exactly like any other payment: tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full.
